Graham said 'Manufacturing Excellence can help businesses realise their full potential and provides an opportunity to celebrate local manufacturing successes.
'I want to encourage businesses in Cheshire to take part – entry is free, and there is the potential to get as much as £20,000 of free consultancy advice through the programme.
'If you choose, the completed audits can also be used as submissions for the MX Awards and businesses can participate in a knowledge sharing network of the greatest manufacturing companies and minds in the country.'
Developed in conjunction with Warwick University's Warwick Manufacturing Group, Manufacturing Excellence is the most successful and long established manufacturing awards programme in the UK, and the only one that provides such a detailed benchmarking and assessment process to help improve manufacturing businesses.
